The Promise Of The Father

Dearies,

Was away home for sometime with no access to net, hence the delay in my posts. Staying with folks at home gave me a feeling of security and assurance that whatever may come my way , they are with me and I am not alone on it. Feels good isn't it?. :)

I find myself at perfect peace when I recollect what my dad told me sometime back while I was anxious about so many things especially my future. This is what he said, "whatever maybe that you face in life, you are not alone, I am with you". This one line keeps assuring me always and floods me with peace when I tend to get anxious.

While sitting back on my chair and pondering, I just realised that God (Jesus) is so much more than our earthly father and if only and only if we would run into the presence of God carrying all our cares into His loving arms, then all fear would be gone. His love towards us is that of a father . If you are heavy and burdened at heart, run to Him because He will give you rest. Its a promise!. Just receive His peace in exchange of your anxiety.

His (Jesus) love towards us is simply perfect and it casts out every form of fear.We can be assured of being secure and that nothing can go wrong when we surrender every little care into His hands.Remember once you surrender, He is in control . Only allow Him now to steer your course and make sure you take the back seat.

When you surrender something, it becomes His problems and no more yours. Its His responsibility to take care of each one of your cares . So its time to wash your hands off your cares and its time to surrender your cares to Him.

God makes everything beautiful in His time just wait for Him to act on your behalf.

Lets not make the mistake of pressing down anxiety , because it only leads to depression. Instead learning to surrender and trust God in times when we get anxious. (Proverbs 13:25).

This is what God wants you to know today dear beloved "For God (Jesus),shall supply all your need according to His riches and glory".

The God we serve (Jesus Christ) owns and is the creator of this universe and everything in it and He will supply all your needs beyond what you can think, ask or even imagine. If our earthly father can be so good to us , then God (Jesus) being our heavenly father and creator will He not provide much more?

His love is everlasting and He lets no one stranded and so now be assured that He (Jesus) will supply everything you need and will NEVER walk out on you..be assured in His security and providence today.Remember no more fear when you cast your cares unto His feet.

Run into the presence of Jesus now in prayer and you can be assured that He will fill your hearts with joy and peace... leaving you with this beautiful song..hope u enjoy it :):)...

Are You Ready For An Encounter With God?

This is a video dedicated to all the precious saints out there. We the church of Christ cry out for revival but how many of us really understand what a true revival is?. What it really means to have an encounter with the Almighty God ?. Can we even imagine to stand in front of God who is so Holy ??.

What would happen if God decides to come down right now where you are?.

Church we need to wake up now!!!. Watch this video and may the Lord fill your hearts with a fresh new revelation about Him and ignite a passion for Him all over again......

Its only when we realise the enormity of our sin and that we are hell deserving sinners saved by His mercy.....would we realise what we are saved from today!!....

Getting Broken Before God

Greetings Dearies,

After writing this post, I felt the need to change the title of it to "getting broken before God". I was reading about a woman called "Hannah" in the Word of God (The Bible) who was barren for years.

She was a person who had undergone shame and the taunt of many for not having been able to bear a child. Her taunts mainly came from another lady called "Peninnah" who was also the wife of her husband. Those days it was considered to be alright to have two wives. Peninnah kept taunting her day in and day out on her barrenness. Never even once did she open her mouth in reprisal . Hannah being overwhelmed with pain and bitterness of soul, sat at the temple pouring her heart to God in silence. Her prayers were tears in agony and pain to the almighty God.Words could not justify the expression of her pain.She also ate no food till she was convinced that God had given heed to her desperate cries. The next thing you know is that her breakthrough for a miracle for a baby came from the Lord in a period of time who grew up to be not just any ordinary person but into a mighty prophet and leader of people.

You might be in a life's battle cry where the pain and agony you carry is too much to endure and where words can never justify the expression of your pain. Know this that your tears which have been your food day in and out will be turned into joy in no time. The Lord is going to pour out a huge blessing, a blessing beyond your comprehension. The word of God (Bible) says that those who sow in tears will reap in joy. Your breakthrough is just round the corner. Do not throw in the towel now. Your blessing will be a blessing to others as well. This blessing will justify the agony and the pain that you have being going through for so long.

There is a time to sow and a time to reap. Now as you sow, the time is nearing where you would reap the blessing of the Lord. The Lord says do NOT give up.Do not give up again!!. The longer the wait, the greater is the blessing that is coming. Amen!!. Get broken before God.

Be still before God and know that He is able to turn around every mourning of yours into joy. And when God gives, He gives in style and all would stand in awe . Its your time for a break through.Are you ready for it..?. Receive it in Jesus name. Thank Him now for its already done. When Hannah finished pouring her heart out to God, she knew her prayers where given attention to by the Almighty God and she went in faith expecting a miracle and also had resumed to eat.

I release a breakthrough to your life right now. Its time to see God move on your behalf. God is with you and He loves you dearly. He has never forgotten you. Your tears and prayers are ever before Him. Its been released, receive it in faith and wait as it comes to you in the natural.

Expect a miracle. Keep expecting and press on.For the word of God (Bible) says that those who trust in the Lord will not be put to shame.

Be strengthened dear in the Lord's promise for you today!. God bless you abundantly with a breakthrough...receive it in Jesus name!!

Ten Reasons NOT to bow down to an INFANT Jesus/His Idol/Mother Mary

So here goes...

Here are ten reasons not to bow down to an "INFANT JESUS" or His Idol or Mother Mary:

Reason 1)The Bible clearly states that Jesus grew up to be an adult (hence proving that Jesus did not remain as an infant all through His life).

Reason 2)One of the "ten commandments" says,

"(Exodus 20:4)Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth: Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them "

So that means, God forbids anyone to make an idol or worship it. So here is a thought provoking question, where was Mary before she died?..on earth of course! and was she a human?..YES again!!.

So now lets look at the commandment all over again.It says not to make a graven image of any likeness of anything in earth or bow down to it!!. In other words not to worship any idols or anyone except for God." Its not a guideline but the Lord forbids anyone to do so.

Reason 3) The new testament in the Bible confirms that the ten commandments are still applicable in our daily lives.

Scripture reference (Mathew 5:17), Jesus says: “Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the prophets. I have not come to abolish but to fulfill".

Reason 4)

There is no mediator between God and man except Jesus(never even once mentioned in the Bible as Mary being the mediator.)

Scripture reference (1Timothy 2:5). "Jesus is the only mediator between God and man" (keep in mind Jesus is ONE with God. God the Father, Jesus and the Holy Spirit form the God head- holy trinity)

Reason 5) Jesus says in John 14:6, "Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man come unto the Father, but by me" (and not through Mary!).

Reason 6) Jesus says in John 10:30 " I and the Father(God) are one". Which clearly shows that Jesus forms the God head(Trinity). Hence we do not bow down to anyone else but Jesus (not His idol or Mary ).

Reason 7) The Bible clearly states that we are conceived in sin. So infants are not without sin. But Jesus was without sin as He is God. He had a holy conception and lived a HOLY life. Hence we don't bow down to an infant but to Jesus who is still an adult.

Scripture reference: Psalm 51:5 "Behold, I was brought forth in iniquity, and in sin did my mother conceive me".

Reason 8) The Bible says yet in another scripture.."Matthew 18:20 For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them". This means when you gather together to worship Jesus, He is in your midst. (He has not asked you to keep a cross next to you or put a rosary over your neck or a Bible under your pillow)

Reason 9)The Bible clearly conveys that one does not need specific pattern of prayer to approach God. Neither does one need specific attire to approach God. Neither does one need another person to approach God on their behalf (be it a priest!!).Neither do we need to light candles for God to hear our prayer. For the Lord looks at the heart. You and I have the the right to come before the throne of God boldly because of the blood of Jesus that was shed for the sins of mankind.

Scripture Reference: Ephesians 3:12 "In him and through faith in Him(Jesus) we may approach God with freedom and confidence".

Reason 10) The Bible adds on saying that you shall serve no one but Jesus and every knee will bow and every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord.

Romans 14:11 "As certainly as I live, declares the Lord (Jesus), every knee will bow to me, and every tongue will praise God." ( its never mentioned every knee will bow to Mary)

So there you go with your ten reasons..

Perfect Love Casts Out Fear

"Without Faith its IMPOSSIBLE to please God".

This is one of my favorite scriptures in the Bible. No one gets to know who a true friend is. Only trials will tell you who is fake and who is not!. Same applies to our lives. When we go through times of testing and trial, the Lord awaits to see our response to it. In life we may try a zillion ways to please God But guess what, if you give your time, your money,your energy but still don't have faith on God, then all these attempts becomes futile..

In the Bible , we see a man Abraham, who was given just one heir from God. His name was Issac. Abraham loved Issac , his son. One fine morning the Lord spoke to Abraham to offer Issac as a sacrifice to the Lord.. Can you imagine what went through Abraham's heart when he heard that he had to give up the only one whom he loved so dear?.

With hands trembling , but in obedience he took his son to the altar , to offer him as a sacrifice. Wait a minute! ,why would God need his son as an offering anyway!!. It was not the son, it was the heart that the Lord was examining.

Little did Abraham know , that the Lord was only examining his heart. And in a fraction of a second as he laid Issac to the altar for sacrifice , the Lord commanded Him to STOP!!. And asked him to offer the ram that was caught in the bushes.When Abraham looked around, he saw a ram behind him caught by its horns in a bush. So Abraham took the ram and sacrificed it as a burnt offering in place of his son.

I am sure Abraham had his heart in his mouth when He heard the Lord's demand. To this very day, His faith is accounted to him as righteousness.The Lord was pleased not with his sacrifice, or his life or his deeds, but by his impregnable faith.

I really cant envisage what it might have been like,to offer the only son or daughter who you hold so close to your heart. The Lord was testing the heart of Abraham. If we were to examine our hearts today...who is at the centre? . Has anyone or anything taken the place of God?.

Abraham's faith pleased the Lord.It was credited to him as righteousness on to him.When we encounter life's trials,its easy to doubt God and allow unbelief to clutch our hearts.

To fear the situation would mean you count God powerless over your situation. Let not fear , doubt or unbelief grip your hearts today. The Lord has always exalted His Word (Bible) above Himself. Hence stand firm on the Word of God(Bible), claim His promises on to your life because the Lord is faithful in what he has promised.

Faith has been given so much of predominance in the Word of God. In fact one chapter Hebrews Chapter 11 speaks just on faith and the hall of fame of FAITH. Faith pleases the Lord. He makes all things new. He is the alpha and the omega.

Always remind yourself that you are carved on the palms of His hand, and all your days are before Him.

The Lord says even though you may have to walk through the valley of the shadow of death, that you will fear no evil. That is a promise!.Remember the Lords love is perfect, and perfect love casts out all fears.

So today when the hell breaks loose against you, you see the oceans rising and thunders roaring against you, would you be still and know that He is LORD...?

Running The Race

Greetings Dearies...

"Life is a race where only the fittest survives!!".

For all those who know the Lord(Jesus), life is indeed a race but the difference being ,we are not trying to match strength with each other to win but against ourselves. Its an everyday battle impeding the very nature of flesh (power,fame,lust,ego,hatred,bitterness etc..) and to triumph over it till the last breadth of our lives.

While running keeps you fit, it should also to be noted that not every one can run a marathon race. It entails a lot of pre-training before you actually hit the marathon race. Some of the training would be walking with breaks, more advanced—running with walking breaks, and the most advanced group—fewest walking breaks. These pre-trainings gives one the green light to remain injury-free.

There is a lot to learn , a lot to develop and train before running the race for God. And once you have decided to run the race to live for Him, the key is to keep pressing on.

Sometimes when you see someone wearing out in their walk with God,that's the time when we would need to step in & edify them to persevere. Other times when you see people fall while running the race, lets not laugh and judge at their downfall instead extend a helping hand to aid and help finish the race.

For the word of God says " For ALL have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God".

If ALL includes you and me, how then can we judge when we see our fellowmen fall in their walk with God. Instead if we could stand in the gap and intercede and reach out to him , that's what the Lord would look for. ...

The Word of God(Bible) says and the Lord found none who would intercede for His people. Why is revival tarrying?. Why are His people not crying out?. (Ezekiel 22:30)

The Power Of Unity

Greetings Dearies,

Hope this post of mine would edify you in every way possible. Life throws a lot of challenges,but it ultimately revolves around us on how we would take things .His grace (Jesus) is sufficient for us to handle any situation we grapple with.Over the time, the Lord kept speaking to my heart telling me the preponderance of unity among fellowmen. Its real easy to bring about division between people but the real challenge lies when you are in a situation where there is a lot of division ,but God ask you to humble yourselves to get things right.

Easy it sounds, but this requires humbleness from an individual to break every ego and hurt, to help get back the lost unity or even help sustain unity within fellowmen. Everyone who humbles himself will surely be exalted by the Lord. Unity has the power to break any stronghold down. Unity can cover a lot of unwanted sin that would creep in such as; jealousy,insecurity and most eminently it helps retain an environment of love . "Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you". I believe personally this is one of the most challenging commandments to be kept.

                      For love covers a multitude of sins. When you love someone inspite of them having wronged you you protect yourself from sinning and the other person too from continuing to sin. Leave it to the Lord to deal with sin of others. Try not to amass bitterness. Bitterness takes away your happiness . Its certainly not worth keeping it. Why would you trade your happiness for  bitterness?.
                    You guys know it better what it feels like. Every time when someone hurts you and you think but I did not do anything!!, why is this happening?!...etc. and you feel bitter towards that person and eventually this bitter feeling eats up your happiness and your time and makes you look like an unfriendly person at the end of the day.What more is that you don't get anything positive out of it, instead you worsen it by holding those unwanted bitterness..Instead learning to let it go and eventually learning to love those who hurt and persecute you gives you an edge , as this brings about a release within yourselves in your emotions and the other person gets a chance to reconcile too.. if he/she wishes to.
                       Lets learn to love,forgive and forget as where there is unity there is power from above that's going to be released to do the supernatural. It helps you to be the person who God wants you to be. Unity is something that brings love among your fellowmen .With unity the impossible , looks possible. Unity is not about agreeing to everything and anything.But instead learning to forgive and forget and to stand together and to to be able to lend a helping hand when the other is in need and is also about to be able to celebrate with others in their victory and sharing in their concerns and pain too.
                  Lets take this as a challenge to bring unity when there is a spirit of division creeping in. If we would humble ourselves now, then in due time the Lord will uplift us ..that's  a promise..!! :) :) :)

In Moments Of Brokeness...

Greetings Dearies,

Every one of us have these moments of deep brokeness where you dont understand why you go through certain painful trials of life. No matter how hard you try to rebuke it, the trial just does not go. Ever wondered if God heard your desparate cries for help?.

The Word of God says "The Lord is near to the broken hearted and saves the crushed in spirit" (Psalm 34:18).If God says He is near you when you are broken, then take Him at His Word. He is indeed near you without a doubt!!!

But then why does not God remove these trials from your life, if He is near you and sees that you are going through it?.Firstly because sometimes discipline is a hard thing but the end result is beautiful. God is intrested in the growth of your character.He watches over you even while you are under these trials. He does not test you beyond your strength.

Every tree needs to bear some fruit, else it needs to be pruned time and time again and branches needs to be grafted into it and so on. You can be compared to the tree and God to the person who looks after you. So if you dont bear fruit, then God would allow you to undergo some uncomfortable situations in life, which would eventually help you in developing your fruit.

What are these fruits that God is looking for in your life?.They are the 9 fruits which are love,joy,peace,patience,kindness,goodness,faithfulness,gentleness and self control. If you got a tough time being good to people who are bad to you, then God would allow people who would certainly not treat you right but gradually you learn to love even your enemies. The same applies to all the other fruits be it joy or peace or developing the fruit of kindness. Every situation you go through would be directly linked to the fruit that God would want to develop in you.

Its in these moments of brokeness that God would change you heart. You become more receptive to the voice of God. You learn to lean on Him and not on your strengths. You become more dependant on God.

In moments of brokeness....

and learn to put your hope,trust and faith on Him. You learn to shift your focus on God. You learn to think and act the way that pleases the Lord.

I recollect this story about Hannah in the Bible, where she was barren and it was during these secret moments of brokeness when she ran to the Lord that she learned to completely surrender her problem and lay it at the feet of God. And the greatest miracle of all time took place. The Lord opened her womb and blessed her with a child

Do not depise the secret moments of brokeness for God because its in these moments thats the greatest miracle of your life is awaiting. Ask God to break you for Him. Ask Him to break all ungodliness for His glory that tomorow when you look at yourself in the mirror you know that it is the who Lord bought you so far from where you started. Now you can do what you could not do earlier. You are more patient,kind, love even those who are mean to you and so on.

Its the least you could do for yourself. Lets not be ashamed in asking God to break every ungodliness in us. Get this nobody is perfect except for God!

Brokeness is powerful . Do not despise the moments when you are broken. Run to the Lord !!.Remember He will restore you .You are not alone!. The Lord Loves you. His hand of protection is still upon you, even though you feel broken inside. Remember whatever was meant to break you, will make you stronger as a person later, as God helps you overcome this phase. Be blessed. The Lord will never leave you nor forsake you.

May the peace and comfort of God be with you always.Remember the Lord is watching over you as the apple of his eye.

Does God Heal Everybody?

Greetings Dearies,

I had an urge to pen this post down, as one of my relatives expired with Cancer inflicting her body. It was a painful moment for me,firstly because she was my relative . Second of all , because God’s healing was available for her and she did not avail of it.I believe there are so many of you reading who have been going through similar infirmities in your body and have either thrown in the towel or are on the verge of giving up. You feel there is no hope , you feel there is no cure, doctors say its too late....dear, WAIT!!!! That's not the truth, DO NOT BELIEVE THE LIES OF THE DEVIL!!!.

I can already feel the pain as I write this for you. It sure took a lot of courage out of you to come so far. The Lord who kept you alive till today is able to keep you going. The truth is Jesus heals. He just does not heal some specific diseases and leave the rest unattended. But infact Jesus is your healer. He heals all kinds of infirmities , no matter how big or small it may be. He heals ALL your sickness. If the doctor’s reports states as AIDS - not curable, cancer -not curable, paralysis-not curable, BUT I stand here to tell you the only truth that JESUS HEALS!!!. He will heal you and set you free from ALL YOUR INFIRMITIES

.All you need to do is seek Him fervently in prayer & fasting which is a powerful key to break the yokes that are upon you, The Bible says,” With the stripes of Jesus , we are healed”. What are these stripes?. Beloved, these were the bruises that were taken on our behalf, so that you and I may not suffer in any form. Every drop of blood that was shed on the cross was a price paid for your healing.The moment you accept Jesus as your Lord,you know for sure you can freely avail of this blessing.

Remember God has forgiven you for all your sins. He is a loving Father. All you need to do is repent for your sins and seek God fervently with fasting & prayer . If you are unable to fast, I recommend you don’t but ask the elders of the church to fast and pray over you.An interesting point to note here is that, God also asks to call the elders of the church to lay hands and pray over you. The prayer of faith will set you free and free indeed. Why does God need the elders of the church, this is because God has appointed people to minister and hence its their responsibility to come and pray over you and claim the healing power of Jesus .

Here are a few FAQs:

• Does God Heal Everybody?
The answer is Yes,God does heal everybody.His healing power is available for the whole of human mankind.
• I have been praying for my sickness for so long, and have not been healed yet. Is there a reason why?
Yes, firstly asking forgiveness to God is imperative. Ask forgiveness and forgive others who have done something wrong to you and if you need to forgive yourself for something, go ahead and do it. Second of all, let the elders of church come and pray over you with fasting and prayer. Thirdly Trust the Lord, because the Bible says,”Those who trust in the Lord will NOT be put to shame”.
• I am not a christian (or I dont know Jesus) and I am suffering in my body,will Jesus heal me?
Yes, Jesus heals everyone.He is not the God of Christians alone. He is the Lord of the whole of mankind. Once you believe He is God and confess it and ask Him to restore your health. He is ever ready.
If there are some of you who have not accepted Jesus as your God and you really want to be healed today from your sickness, I urge you today to say this prayer :
Dear Jesus,
I thank you for dying on the cross for my sins and healing me from all my sickness. Forgive me for anything wrong I have done in my words , thoughts or actions. I ask you to come into my life and be my God and heal me from all my infirmities. I believe you have healed me and I thank you for it. In Jesus name I pray.

If you have just prayed the prayer, I request you to get in touch with a church and seek the elders of the church to pray over you with fasting. The prayer of faith will set you free without a doubt.For God is not human that His Word should lie.

Please don't wait for we do not know if we have yet another day .

Love you all and I Pray may all your infirmities whatever they may be cast out of your body now in Jesus Name.May every womb that was barren be fruitful in Jesus name ,may the deaf hear, the blind see... I declare you are healed with the stripes of Jesus and set free.

New Year Greetings 2011-Year Of Fulfillment

Greetings Dearies,

Want to wish you all a blessed and prosperous year 2011. I could not procrastinate my post any longer. Had the urge to pen this down.

The Word I received for this year 2011 is "The year of fulfillment". I believe there are people who are reading who had a long wait in pursuit of your God given destiny. This year as we step in with Jesus, the tables are going to turn around.

I say this in faith that let all the hindrances that; has been put in our lives against fulfilling our destiny be broken in Jesus mighty name.Take the courage to step out in complete faith and obedience. If fear takes a grip over you, remind yourself that God honors faith and faith honors God.

Waiting was imperative because :

It helped us be moulded and more matured individuals. It helped us understand our strengths and weakness , so that we give no room for the enemy to creep into our lives.

Lets ask God to guard us in areas where we are weak that we may not fall into the snares of the evil one.

Lets rejoice in this that we have come so far and the Jesus is able to keep us going and bring us to our promised land.Do not give up. No weapon fashioned against us will prosper.That's a promise!!

Lets step this year with a renewed passion and commitment to God.And may this year bring multiplication of the peace, favor and love of God upon our lives.May the failures and disappointments of your past, challenge you to pursue your goals with a renewed passion and a renewed commitment.

Lets enter into our destiny with the Lord. Are you ready?

Totally Impromptu

How often do you find yourself unprepared to do something so important. It really puts you on the spot doesn't it?.

When every eyes look towards you expecting you to drive home the end result and and you feel totally impromptu , what do you do?.

Depressed,worried,anxious???

Welcome on board!, you are not alone on this and I have found an impeccable solution to this and would love to share this with you too.

As I read the word of God, I came across a person named "Jeremiah" .While Jeremiah was still a young man, God called him to be a prophet. But Jeremiah believed he was too young to answer this call and shoulder this responsibility . God always saw him as a "Man of great potential".

Though Jeremiah knew it was God who was asking him to go and speak, he still had to turn back in doubt and told God how feckless he felt .

How many times have we been put on the spot, where God asks you to do something and you tell Him how incompetent you are!.

Don't you think He already knows everything about you. If God is asking you to go do something , that would mean He is also backing you on the very thing he is asking you to do and has already equipped you for the task ahead. There is no need to tell God what he already knows about you.

What God really expects is a heart to step out in obedience to what He has called you to do and secondly to step out in faith . He is not looking for people who would just say " I trust you God" but He expects you to confirm your words with your actions.

Remember "Actions speak louder than words". If you have faith as tiny as a mustard seed then you can move mountains.

Your faith on God , though not knowing the end result can really turn the tables around. What you really need is to focus is on Him and not on how huge the problem appears. Keep your eyes fixed on what He has asked you to do and on the other side of obedience you would find your reward. Walking on the water is not easy, well what I mean is , walking totally on faith is certainly not a piece of cake!!. It requires cent percent trust on God that He is always an able GOD and not disable. If you could just get this clear , then there is nothing going to stop you from getting were God predestined you to get in life. Life is all about challenges, it comes one after the other. But when you allow Jesus to lead you where you should go , and if you be obedient , then you would find yourself walking on the waters . God does not expect a perfect you , but He does expect an obedient you.Its not your past He is looking at, how good or how bad you have been living till today.

Jesus is asking you now, if you could let go of all your past and start a life with Him all over again.

To start all over again would mean abandoning of somethings which are wrong, such as alcohol,drugs,smoking ,porn etc...If you would pay the price of letting it go, there sure is a reward for your obedience. Allow God to change you , so that He could help you through every storm in life. It certainly requires your part to let go of certain unwanted habits.

If drugs, alcohol, watching porn , live in relationship etc.. is life and fun and happingess ... then you certainly got it all wrong. The pleasure that you have are just fleeting but if you are ready to forgo it, the reward you get is for a life time!!.

Why live a life stranger to the one who created you. Jesus still loves you . Ask Him in all your weakness to change you and be obedient in what He is asking of you.

Start living today by forsaking the dirt of yesterday. Fleeting pleasures are of no use but eternal life in heaven is what you get as a reward for your obedience.

Believe me its worth every effort you put to desert your old ways.

Preparatory Exams

Hey Dearies..

I remember in school days, before the University exams we had to write our preparatory exams. I always thought it was a waste of time to write them. But when I look back now, I am so glad I had to write them, because it not only helped me evaluate myself on where I stood in subject knowledge but also helped me prepare better for my University exams.

The same implies with our lives. God allows us to go through various situations in life to prepare us for the person we ought to be in life.
Remember this that every tree would have to go through a process of pruning before it starts to produce good fruit.Real joy comes not when all things go right, but even through the storms of life, you still have the joy and assurance that it is well with you and all things will turn out for the good. Real essence of love is not when you can love back when people around love you.... but when you can love even those who actually hate you.He might also allow you to go through certain situations where your patience could be tested so much so that you could get the monster yelling out of you. :) There are times when all of us go through such situations,remember its an opportunity to improve on your weak areas and prove to God , that you have changed and make God proud of you.Every circumstance is an opportunity for you to be the person God wants you to be in life.

The process of moulding in character is really painful.But remember if God does not do this now, He would never be able to get the beautiful you out.When a potter fashions a vessel and he finds a small defect in it, he would break the vessel and crush it so that he could start all over again and make something beautiful that is without any defect. Same is the case with God, He would allow you to be broken so that God could fashion you to be a beautiful vessel which could be used for His glory. The things that you go through in life, you might not understand the outcome of it now but one thing you can be assured of is that the Lord you serve is able to turn even the most hopeless situation for your good. God aims at creating a flawless and a perfect you. Its a daily process. Allow God to change you , so that you can be more like Him in His characteristics.

Nobody is perfect. Just as the Word Of God says,"All have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God" .. that means there is not one person who is perfect. Everybody goes through some process of attitude change or God could even stretch you in areas where you need to grow such as in areas of patience, love, kindness etc..

Sometimes the Lord would allow you to go through certain situations in life where you would need to stretch yourself in areas where you need to work on. Especially on love where God would help you to even love those people who have been really hurtful or unfriendly to you, in areas where you would need to develop patience, kindness etc..You would never know the potential in yourself unless God stretches you. Ask the Lord to stretch you today so that He could take you to the next level of being generous, to the next level of being faithful , to the next level of being helpful.

There is always some area where you could improve. Ask God to infiltrate into your life in every area and ask Him to stretch you so that You could change from glory to glory to be more like Him in every way. Let nothing be kept hidden in front of God. Go to Him just the way you are and ask Him to break every ungodliness.It is certainly not easy. But its definitely the best outcome you could ever get in life.

May every situation that you go through drive you back to God and to His lovely Presence.

Way To Your Destiny

Hey Dearies,

Hope you good...What do you think destiny is?....Everyone speaks about it...well what is it?..."Destiny" is not a matter of chance , its a matter of choice that you make in your life. You either go towards your destiny by the choices you make or you walk away from it. According to the Word Of God ( The Bible), (in Jeremiah chapter29:11) it says God has plans to give you hope for a good future. Who ever said you are destined to die without any progress in life is totally lying to you.
Well most of all if you would like to know a simple truth, it is this that even Satan knows your destiny and he would do anything to stop you from getting there. From getting fear into your life , to scorn and even at times bring thoughts like its “better not to live at all”.

The reason I relate everything to the Bible is because, it proves as a guideline to our lives. It helps you reach your destiny. Interestingly I was reading about this character in the Bible called “Moses” . I was startled at the plots that Satan drew to kill him, while he was yet unborn. This chap was destined to lead an entire nation out of slavery. He was called to be a leader of the people.But what was amusing to me is that Satan wanted to kill a new born infant. Whats with a child being born anyways?… Wait a minute.. its not the child , it’s the destiny that Satan was scared of.

In spite of all these futile attempts, God had made supernatural provisions in bringing people to nurture this child, till he completely grew into an adult.

You must be thinking, why did I have to go through so much in life? Why me?. So you got one thing clear that God wants to prosper you, now when you are predestined to prosper, the only thing that can stop you from reaching there, is yourself. Yes!! Nothing else but our actions and decisions that we take in our daily lives would determine if we were one step closer to reaching our destiny of prosperity or not.

Some people say , hey I can prosper without Jesus in my life… well you may prosper for a while , but to be blunt at this note, its not gonna stay too long, because if the prosperity is not got from God but by any other means…it would soon fade away… I know this could be a little rude, but this is the fact. Its better know the truth than never know it at all.

When God blesses you with something, He adds no sorrow with it.One more thing, every attempts to put you down in any way, is just a scheme to get you distracted from your destiny.But hey as I said, its still in your hands if you are going to let those things affect you adversely and sulk about it or rather believe the Lord who created you for a great destiny which is meant for your prosperity. When ever you have to face persecutions remember, you have a great destiny ahead, than to sulk over petty things in life.

Everybody has a different destiny in life, some called to lead… some called to serve.. some called to play musical instruments and so on . Whatever God has destined you for, the end result is the same for sure which is PROSPERITY. Say it again PROSPERITY!.. Yes.. lets believe today that we are called to be a prosperous generation in whatever we may be destined to do in life. So remember we are a “prosperous generation” and all that we do we will prosper..that’s our destiny…

Lets rejoice at our destiny and learn to overcome every hurdles with boldness, in trusting that we are called to prosper … Remember commit your ways to the lord, keep God first in anything and it will be established. Amen!!

Hey Dearies... :)
Its been a while since I wanted to write this post.. I was just waiting for the right time .While reading the Word of God (The Bible), I was ambivalent about a lot of things . But as soon as I came to this verse, the peace of God overwhelmed me as I read this verse.
Today I thought I should share what the Lord spoke to me through this verse in the Bible which says "So I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten, the crawling locust and the chewing locust.You will eat in plenty and be satisfied and praise the name of the Lord your God" ( this verse is found in the Bible -Joel chapter2:25) .
This is what the verse means, you have eaten your share of pain in the past,and God is about to restore all the years you thought you actually wasted or lost.What God is about to do is a super natural thing. Just take His word, without a doubt. A child never has a fraction of a doubt when he has to jump into his parents arms. He is assured of his safety.
Can we have the same child like faith today?.Though there might have been times when the power of bitterness crawled in your life and eventually gave into it , because of all the pain and hurt you had to go through .

If you would look back on the time you just lost , you would realise that you wasted some of the most precious minutes of your life on nothing but on holding on to bitterness or grudge which at the end brought, no joy instead painful memories.

Let go, forgive and forget.. let the joy of the Lord overwhelm you now..Let go of every bitter past and ask God to help you forgive and forget.The faster you let go and forgive the stronger you become as a person.

"Taking Offense" could be the biggest weapon against you to steal your joy.Do you know what the Bible says, "the devil comes to kill , steal and destroy". Well that's true.. because the more prone you are in taking offense, you would find yourself cribbing for every little thing. You don't seem to have the joy anymore . Life is only about complaints and no more time to appreciate the good things in life.Your joy and peace is killed, stolen and at the end perfectly destroyed.

How mean... isn't it? . Its certainly a hard thing to not to take offense, but its worth the pain..because the more you try on not being offended, the more joyful you remain as a person.

The bible says, "God gives beauty for your ashes , and the oil of joy for mourning, and the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness"...what does this mean? . Let me explain, there is no situation too hopeless for God. He is able to make something beautiful come out of every thing you have been through in life . The more you rely on Him, He will help you develop an attitude of thankfulness and keep you joyful even in the midst of all your storm.
People would consider you crazy , on having a carefree attitude about certain obvious problems in your life, but you know that the God who you trust is in control and is well and able .

Life does not look like a problem anymore to you , the way you see every situation changes. Its the perspective that changes in your life.
There could have been times when you had witnessed from one disaster to the next hitting on your life or your loved ones lives. From a toll on health to finances or to a relationship crisis or anything at all.
Here is a promise to take with you, which ever situation you are at at the moment,Jesus is about to turn the tables around for you. Yes..that's true. This is the time. Things are gonna change. You can expect a miracle if you are looking for one.Just believe God for what He has promised,
You will be satisfied with plenty, be it in restoration in health, finances,relationship ask the Lord.. This is the time, something is going to change. If you think this is for you , and you have been waiting to hear this, go in prayer, expecting a miracle,believe in faith and see as God turns the table around for you

Be Your Own Judge!!

Every time I go for shopping, I usually ask my friend for an approval for the choice I just made. Either it could mean one of the two; first ,that I do not trust my choice or second that I am insecure on what the other person might think about my choice.

How often do we come across this situation , where we just cant go ahead without the other person's approval?.I am not saying there is anything wrong in taking opinions from others but all what I got to say is that don't let someone else live your life!. Yes . ... that's right...Be your own boss... It would mean adverse repercussions if you would let someone else be the master over your decisions , and you would end up living their dreams and visions and not your own.This is a potential danger for unsatisfaction and depression to creep into your life.

This reminded me of how the "Word Of God"(THE BIBLE) emphasises on each of us to be "God pleasers" and not "people pleasers".If you are worried about getting rejected for going against the flow, lets face it, everybody is not gonna climb up the ladder with you to reach your goal, even if you want to go with the flow. Its always imperative to take a stand for your own goals and visions

Learn to say "NO" , when you know doing something is against the principles of God or the minute you realise that someone is forcing you to live their dreams and not your own. There are always God given dreams and on the other hand lustful desires..which could be greed for money, power,fame etc...

A dream that is born in the heart must fulfill its purpose. That's when you know if your desires are from God or are they born from your own lustful passions ... Everyone needs to have an aim and a purpose in life . And should pursue after the goal wholeheartedly. But one must discern if this goal is a God given one or not....Its always good to do a heart check.. Here are some questions you could ask yourself :

(a)Why do I want to reach my goal ..?
(b)Am I greedy for too much now?...
(c) Does my goal mean harm to someone?...
(d) Do I seek someone Else's downfall and seek to exalt myself?
(e)If I reach my goal, how is this gonna help me in a positive way?

These checks would definitely help you to know who you really are and if its a God given dream in your heart , then you would without a doubt find the Lord's approval with you...

Many a times when you would take a stand for what is right, you might find yourself to be standing alone against the whole crowd.. Let me make this clear.. Its Perfectly fine.. because when GOD is for you , then who could stand against you. Remember this "One man/woman with God makes the majority.... "

So though you feel you are taking a stand alone on this.. what matters the most is that you have the Lords approval.. you really don't need to worry about peoples approval.. It might seem as though you are sinking in deep waters, but all you need to know is that Jesus is a father to you and He will not test you beyond your strength. Walk on the waters in faith.. Remembering the promise that the Lord will never leave you nor forsake you.

Jesus is well and able to calm all the raging storms and waters that rises against you...Being a God pleaser is not easy, it could mean standing for the right reasons and not for the popular one.

Don't seek to be popular by doing something that's not right in eyes of GOD just because its the "most happening thing" . In everything that you do...having a heart check on your motives and desires, this would ensure if we are or not on the right track..

Cant Wait Any Longer!!

Greetings Dearies..:))

Everything seems to be instant in today's world.From Instant coffee to instant noodles and so on.. I love it when I get things done in my time. Well that is not the case with God. He does Know how you really need something, but its imperative to wait for the appointed time to receive it.

I was getting really frustrated ,as I was pouring out my heart to God asking Him," Lord how long must I wait?". Speaking of which the Lord reminded me how Jesus had to wait for 30 years, seeking and fasting in prayer before He went outside healing the sick,raising the dead and so on...Jesus being God himself and the only begotten son of the Father had to wait patiently for the "appointed time". I can only say one thing, If we decide to take things as we like it and do it our way and not wait for the appointed time, it would only mean landing in a lot of mess .

               The reason why everyone has an appointed time is first for you to be prepared for it. So that when you receive it you are ready to handle the pressure and responsibility it comes along with.
Second, because the Lord himself has prepared everything before you actually receive it, from the people you meet to the requirements and so on.
Thirdly because the Lord knows that you have crossed the stage of being an amateur then He would give it to you.
Fourth because He makes sure your character is ready to receive it.
               What happens then before you receive your promise?. Its a time for breaking,moulding and crushing and preparing for every storm that lies ahead, for every pressure that would come along, for every distraction that could come along. Its a time to get fully equipped with knowledge and understanding as well.
              He is your father, He knows whats best for you and when you should receive it.As a father admonishes a child because he loves him, so will God admonish you when you go wrong some where. Do not fear, just because you messed up some where, that does not mean you are never gonna receive your promise, it only means you need to stand up again, dust yourself and start working harder once again.
            Remember after the long waiting comes the reward.Waiting requires a lot of patience and persistence from our part.This is only done with the help of the Holy Spirit. Ask His help to keep your patient and persistent and in due time He will reward you.Keep exalting the Word of God as you continue waiting and you would see things fall in place supernaturally.
            You can trust THE WORD OF GOD , and what He has spoken to you, He will accomplish it in your life in THE APPOINTED TIME.

Kingdom Authority and Dynamics

Greetings,

Since a child I had the opportunity to read the Bible, but it all just remained as mere stories in my head. I could never actually relate to any of them, maybe it never made sense to me. I was always startled , how Jesus healed the sick, raised the dead and how many other signs and wonders followed as He preached and taught the Word Of God to the people.

The wages or the payment for sin is death. Only a sinless sacrifice and not an animal sacrifice could make the payment for sin. So God Himself (Jesus), took the form of a human and sacrificed his life for humanity and not for a particular group of people called "Christians"....YES !! you got it right... He died for the whole of humanity
He died and that's not it.. He rose again after the third day of his death... Ever since then , the tables have turned, we don't need to be subject to any sort of sickness,poverty,bondage ,depression and so on..

The blood of Jesus has been given to us , which is the most powerful key, that we have . Cover your lives,your loved ones lives with the blood of Jesus daily. This is your shield of protection. What I mean by cover is , to speak with your tongue and proclaim that you and your loved ones are covered under the blood of Jesus.

The blood of Jesus...as you speak onto your situation, it proves a shield to you. What is the purpose of a shield. Why does a soldier require a shield when he goes to a battle field?. A shield is required so that the soldier does not get hurt in the battle. That's right,the blood of Jesus protects you from every harm. That's why its so important after believing that Jesus died for you and believing him to be God .. you can claim your protection as well against every evil that comes your way..

Life and death are in the power of the tongue. Either you could bring life to your situation or kill it with every negative word that you speak over your circumstance.Use your tongue wisely. It is better to be a person of few words , than to be a fool full of words.

So remember.. the blood of Jesus sets you free indeed .. claim His protection today for your life and your loved ones...

THE POWER IN SEEKING GOD....

Hi dearies,

Greetings!

           I was really engrossed with the song that was sung by Kari Jobe ,"The more I seek you" . It is so true , the more we seek God , the more he reveals himself to us. The word of God says "Draw near to me and I will draw near to you". He expects His children to come out of their comfort zone to seek Him.He yearns for an intimate walk with you. He wants to be a part of your life.More than you wanting to seek Him. He longs and waits for you.

His love is so deep above all human comprehension.God is looking down upon His people now , if there is one person who would stand in the gap and intercede.You don't need to have a pulpit to stand in the gap between God and man . You could even be enclosed in your own living room or in your study still interceding for the lost people.

          David was not a huge man.Yet his readiness to stand for the people and his zeal to trust in    God and not on his own strength made him win over Goliath.If you were to contemplate the physical fitness of David with that of Goliath , you would find that Goliath was a man of huge stature contrast to David who was just a Shepherd boy.
         This is one example where God uses the weak in the world to shame the strong and uses the foolish of this world , to shame the wise.The key is obedience and readiness to his call on your life.
         You may think you are insignificant,and maybe even people around you think the same about you but God had predestined you even before you were born into this world, to be His hands, His mouth, His legs to go into the world to preach the good news, to heal the sick, to cleanse the leapers, to caste the demons...to set the captives free.

          If not you , then who would go for Him, if not now then when would you go,if not here then where would you start.

    When God entrusts you with something, He expects you to take it and use it for His glory.Do not conceal your God given gifts.When you be faithful in a little , He entrusts you with much more.Be accountable for what you are entrusted with.Remember God always exalts the humble
        Jonah tried to part company from what God called Him to do, but God had to discipline him . I don't think that was what God had in mind to be harsh with Jonah.Remember running away from your call is totally standing against the Lord.If you are not standing for God , then you are obviously standing against God.
         Imagine the God who made heaven and earth,who is the king of kings and the Lord of Lords longing for a communion with you. Though He is self sufficient yet He longs for an intimate relationship with you and me. It costed one sinless sacrifice,Jesus to give us an opportunity to be with our creator once again.Christianity is not a label,it is a life style you choose to live for Jesus. Putting God first and seeking him before anything else in life, gets you one step closer with an intimate walk with Jesus.Being Holy and obedient to His will is the key ingredient to having an intimate walk with God . But all this can only be achieved if you seek him with all your heart,mind and soul.

Put God first in your life, leave the rest and He will give you the best.
